Stuart Babenco
Founder & President
As the leader of Franklin Financial SVC, Stuart brings a strong connection to his clients in matters of retirement planning and wealth management. He knows he has an obligation to put his clients’ best interests first, every time. He has experience developing comprehensive plans for the people who depend on him to help them navigate their finances.
Stuart feels he was called by God to assist others with their wealth management and retirement income planning needs, and lives according to the old proverb those who sleep too much will starve, those who work hard will have a bountiful harvest. This makes doing what’s right come easy, helping him to sleep easy at night. That, and treating clients with respect, has carried Stuart far in life.
Before becoming a financial professional, Stuart graduated from the New Mexico Military Institute (NMMI) with honors and attended Texas Tech and UTEP for a degree in Economics and Finance. He is licensed with Group I & II Life, Accident & Health License in Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado, and he holds his Series 6, 63 and 7 registrations. He has been a Certified Estate Planning Professional since March 2, 2001.
When he’s not at work, Stuart enjoys spending time with his three bright and accomplished daughters and his wife of 31 years, who is the apple of his eye.

Mary Ann Babenco is the Executive Assistant for Franklin Financial Services with four years of experience working alongside her husband, Stuart. Mary Ann has retired after 28 years of service from a local school district as a teacher and coordinator. She is currently a preneed agent providing funeral arrangements to our clients. Mary Ann is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and holds a M.Ed. She is inspired daily by her husband and their three daughters. In her free time, Mary Ann likes to ride her bike, dance Zumba, and read the Bible.
